Steve built Olympia Performance because the West Island deserved a training centre where every athlete — regardless of age, sport, or starting point — could walk in and find expert coaching, room to move, and equipment that matches the goal. After 25+ years as a fitness professional and 35 years of coaching experience, Steve designed Olympia around one principle: train everyBODY, scale every program, never compromise on technique.
