A Reformer Pilates class at Olympia Performance is a coached group session on the Pilates reformer in West Island Montreal. Spring resistance scales for every level, so first-timers and experienced movers train side by side. Each class flows through full-body strength, core control, and mobility under expert eyes.
Classes are for anyone who wants stronger core, better posture, and pain-free movement in a coached group format. New to Pilates and want a guided start. Strength athletes adding mobility and joint integrity. Runners and HYROX racers offsetting impact volume. Adults rebuilding after injury. Seniors keeping balance and joints supple.
The reformer's spring resistance scales precisely on every spring change — light enough for a first session, loaded enough to challenge a competitive athlete. Coaches cue alignment, breath, and tempo through every flow so the group format never costs you the technical detail of one-on-one work.

A class is a coached group session sharing one flow on the reformer. A private session is one client and one coach with the entire session built around your specific goal. Many members combine both — group classes for consistency and energy, private sessions for technical detail or return-from-injury work.
Two to three classes per week is a strong starting point for most members. Athletes pairing reformer with strength or HYROX prep often add one or two classes around their main sessions. Coaches will recommend a weekly cadence based on your goal, schedule, and current training volume.
