Reformer Pilates at Olympia Performance is spring-resisted, low-impact training on the Pilates reformer in West Island Montreal. Group classes, private one-on-one sessions, and semi-private 2–3 athlete sessions build deep core strength, joint mobility, and full-body control — scaled to every level.
Reformer Pilates is for anyone who wants stronger core, better posture, and pain-free movement — without the pounding of high-impact training. New movers building a base. Strength athletes adding mobility and control. Runners and HYROX racers offsetting volume. Adults rebuilding after injury. Seniors keeping joints supple and balance sharp.
The reformer's spring resistance lets each session scale precisely — light enough for first-time clients, loaded enough to challenge a competitive athlete. Coaches cue alignment, breath, and tempo on every rep, and pair Pilates with the rest of your training so the whole program moves you forward.
Three ways to train on the reformer. Same coaching standard, different formats.

No experience required. The reformer's spring resistance scales from very light to fully loaded, so beginners and experienced movers train side by side. First sessions cover breath, alignment, and core engagement before adding range or load. Coaches build progress against your starting point.
A class is a coached group session on the reformer with a shared flow. A private session is one client and one coach with the entire session built around your goal — return-from-injury, posture, sport cross-training, or focused technique. Semi-private sessions are 2–3 clients sharing the same coach.
Yes. Reformer Pilates is low-impact and highly scalable, which is why coaches at Olympia use it with clients from return-from-injury cases through to athletes 90 years old. Spring resistance is dialed precisely, range is controlled, and a coach watches every working set.
Yes — and many members do exactly that. Reformer work adds deep core strength, unilateral control, and mobility without piling on impact volume. It pairs especially well with HYROX prep, personal training, and high-performance blocks where joint integrity and recovery matter as much as output.
