How do I see the live class schedule?

The current week's coached schedule is posted in-studio at 16869 Hymus and updated each training block. Call us or book a free 15-minute tour and we'll walk you through the live schedule, current openings, and which classes match your goals.

Do I need a membership to attend a class?

Most coached classes are open to members and to drop-ins on a per-class basis. Reformer Pilates privates and personal training run on a separate booking flow. Contact us and we'll match the right class type to your schedule and starting point.

Can beginners join a HYROX or small group class?

Yes. Every class scales to the individual. Coaches assess starting fitness on day one and adjust load, distance, and intensity accordingly. Beginners and experienced athletes train side by side — the program scales, the standard of coaching stays the same.

What if I want to train outside class times?

Members hold a personal electronic key fob and train on the gym floor 24/7 between coached classes. Train at 5 a.m. before work, 11 p.m. after the kids are asleep — your fob is the only key you need to access the full equipment floor.
